Win back rewards

Reggu has a special feature for shops that want to invite regular customers who haven’t visited in a while to come back. You can access it from the “Win-Back Rewards” menu, then click the “+ Add” button to start creating a reward.

Your shop can set up rewards by defining a target audience. For example, you can send rewards to customers who visited only once and haven’t returned, or to regular customers who haven’t visited in the past 30 days. You can also set an expiration date for the reward.

You can create different types of rewards, such as discounts, free items, or codes for use on other delivery platforms. The app will send the reward through a notification on the app, and the reward will appear in the Rewards section of the member’s profile.

Once all the details are filled in, click “Create” at the bottom left.
