How does the app calculate how many stamps to give customers?
The app gives stamps based on how many times a customer taps the synced badge. For example, 2 taps for 2 stamps.
The earning mechanic itself (for example, 1 cup of coffee = 1 stamp or spend 500 THB = 1 stamp) is fully customisable and depends on how you choose to set it up.
How do customers redeem their rewards?
Once a customer collects the final stamp, the reward will automatically appear in their profile. They can then tap to redeem it anytime within the validity period.
What data and insights will I see on the dashboard?
The data includes insights into your customers’ visit patterns, such as:
How many customers visited during a specific time period
The number of active members
The number of first-time visitors
A detailed activity log for each customer, showing how many times they have visited, how many stamps they have collected, and how many rewards they have earned, along with basic profile information such as their name, age and phone number
You can also view reward insights on the dashboard, including which rewards have been redeemed or not, the redemption rate, and how many rewards have expired without being claimed by customers.
Will someone provide training for my staff?
We do not provide in-person training for staff. However, we offer step-by-step tutorials that your team can use to self-learn anytime.
Our system is designed to be simple. It typically takes only about 10 minutes to understand how it works, both on the dashboard and at the cashier counter.
Is the 4,500 fee a one-time payment or ongoing?
4,500 is a life-time usage fee. You only pay once and can use our service for as long as you want. No additional fees.
However, if you have multiple branches or need additional synced badges (for example, if you have several cashier counters), there will be extra fees:
1,500 THB for 1 additional branch
500 THB for 1 additional synced badge
Will I be able to see data on which menu items customers order?
No, you cannot see what customers ordered. However, you can see which rewards or menu items they have redeemed.
Can I export my customer data?
Yes, you can easily export your data from the dashboard. We have the export button on the upper right corner of the 'Members' and 'Visit' pages.
Can I manually add stamps from the dashboard? or give stamps to customers who order delivery?
Yes, you can manually give stamps to customers by searching for their phone number on the 'Give Stamps' page.
Can I remove stamps from a customer if needed?
Unfortunately, no you cannot remove stamps once they have already been given.
Can I set an expiry date for the stamp card?
Yes, you can set an expiry date directly from the dashboard.
Can rewards have an expiration date?
Yes, you can set an expiry date directly from the dashboard.
Can I offer more than one reward at the same time?
Yes, you can set up multiple rewards and live it at the same time.
All rewards you set up will be redeemed together once the card is completed. Customers cannot choose which reward to redeem, regardless of how many rewards you have set up.
What happens if a customer changes their phone number?
In this case, if a customer wants to transfer their existing stamps to a new phone number, you will need to contact the Reggu support team. This can be done, but it must be handled on our end. You can add us on LINE (@joinreggu) for the support.
Can I migrate my existing customers from another platform?
Unfortunately, you cannot migrate customer profiles from another platform or system into Reggu.
If you need data migration support, we offer an upgraded package called Reggu Plus, which may be able to assist with this.

If I already have an online membership system, can I still use Reggu?
Yes, you can. As long as the reward mechanic fits how you want to structure your customer benefits. It’s perfectly fine to have multiple programs serving different purposes.
Can multiple team members have access to the dashboard with different emails?
Yes, there is no limit to how many email addresses can access the dashboard. You can easily add them yourself directly from the 'Team' page.
How do you prevent staff from cheating the stamp system?
You can review the history to see how many stamps were issued during a specific time period and which customers received them in the 'Visits' page.
However, please note that Reggu cannot fully guarantee the prevention of misuse or human error, so we recommend having your own internal controls and policies in place as well.
What types of phones support NFC for stamping?
Any smartphone will work, whether it’s iOS or Android.
Will you help promote my shop?
Yes, we curate and promote selected shops through our social media content.
However, this depends on the themes and locations we choose to highlight during each period. If your shop is a great match, we would be happy to feature and promote it.
