Insights Feature

Reggu helps businesses collect and organize different types of customer data. The available data categories include:

• Members
• Orders
• Top Spenders
• Insights
• Tags
• Rewards Insights
• Staff Orders

Each section has its own dashboard, where businesses can view an overview of the data for that category. Shops can also download their member data to use for marketing or further analysis.

How to Download Member Data

1. Go to the “Members” tab in the menu.
2. Click “Export CSV” in the top-right corner.
